Although Malvani cuisine is predominantly non-vegetarian, there are many vegetarian delicacies. Although it is an independent cuisine, it overlaps Maharashtrian cuisine and Goan cuisine. Malvan is a town in the Sindhudurg district on the west coast of Maharashtra.
Adarsh Shetty has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has proven expertise in leading successful executive teams, negotiating and supervising management, consulting contracts and delivering expected profits to the bottom line. He is a university graduate from Bengaluru, He has traveled extensively in Europe and Asia, and He has also studied Interior Design briefly. Before founding Angad Hospitality which created the brand name Malvan Tadka, he has founded other Hospitality companies namely - 3 Forks Hospitality which holds the brand 'Rude Lounge', Golden Fork Hospitality, Sai Swastik Hospitality, Aroma Hospitality which holds the Hotel brand named - Travel In' in Dharwad and South Coast-a Hotel brand in Rabale. He is a foodie by nature, a successful entrepreneur, an innovator, a visionary and a mentor for many of his colleagues. While following a diet plan and a fitness regime, South Indian cuisine remains his favored food and so does Bollywood. He ho been very active in reaching out to celebrities and stars involving them to stimulate his brands. He believes in working to the creative aspects of business with patience and with the right strategy. His sternness towards achieving his business goals comes with a candid and compassionate heart.

You know how they say the best experiences are those where you forget to take a picture? Well every time I enjoy the food at Malvan Tadka and forget to take pictures but this time I captured.
Staff are well behaved and courteous. Nevertheless, thanks to Priyanka and Gemima for Amazing hospitality and warmth, our evening was nothing short of brilliant. Priyanka is such a lovely person, whenever we visit a restaurant a smile on her face makes my wife and me happy.
Malvan Tadka is all for seafood especially lobster and prawn 🍤.
Everything was just amazing. Right from the starters with the juicy prawns and pomfret to the main course of perfectly cooked lobster with an amazing variety of breads and finally to the mocktails with the “oh so good!"
Definitely coming back for more soon!

Lovely place, I had been there with a couple of friends, it did accommodate all of us, nice ambience, enjoyed the food, if you are into sea food please don't hesitate to visit this place.
It was amazing with very good ambience and songs and the place is really good. The service is really good and nice and coperative must visit with frnds and family I love it the food was great with a very good taste.

We have ordered chicken sholay, prawns maratha, surmai fry, pomfret tandoori in green masala, bhakri with kolambi masala, priyanka from staff was polite and her suggestions for food made our dinner special. Thanks
prawns tawa fry was good and even the veg panerr masala was done very well... and even Mutton handi was delicious.. good food, good hygiene, well behaved staff and nice environment
